West Arvada Residence – addition and full renovation
This newly renovated home is located in west Denver, Colorado. A generous upper floor master bedroom addition was added to the south for the Owner. The homes’ kitchen core interior was opened up to blend it with the expanded kitchen dining room. The south wall captures nice southern sunlight with added tall windows. The homes’ exterior is clad in lap wood siding & trim to match the current home’s exterior finish.
